Yes. We are willing to conduct parallel searches if they are needed in more than one area.
What happens if I have an issue with the candidate you offered me?
Our job is to ensure that the best candidate reaches you; however, we cannot be held responsible for any subsequent issues, as this would be part of the direct relationship between the candidate and the new company.
Do all recruitment processes last the same amount of time?
No. Although the generic estimate is 1 to 2 weeks.
Can I acquire your services permanently or only for a certain period?
If you have a company with high staff turnover or frequent new vacancies, it is ideal to have a permanent working relationship with us; however, if not, we have no problem serving you for an estimated time.
What if I need staff for areas that you do not cover?
You can send us your requirement so that we can evaluate it and let you know if we are able to assist you with the search process.
